Bearing Fruits, a farmers series
Most people spend at least one-third of each day at work, the way we work defines our lives, providing food and sustenance, shelter as well as a sense of belonging and self-esteem. In my travels have developed an interest in exploring how people do their work. I see people farming, sewing, cooking, fishing, making crafts and working with machines. In some places, these activities are done manually and have existed for centuries with no technology. Craftspeople find great pride in using the traditional method of preserving the traditions of their cultures. In other cases, people use traditional methods because they don't have access or can't afford to buy labour-saving machinery.
